Your profile
- Universitiy degree (Master's or equivalent) in the field of civil engineering (Water-/Energy-related)/Environmental Engineering/Water Resources Management/Hydrology or a comparable qualification
- Extensive knowledge and skills in the field of water management as well as in the application of geographic information systems (GIS)
- High degree of initiative, a sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Confident demeanour and sociability
- Willingness to occasionally travel abroad (especially Africa)
- Very good oral and written German and English language skills
- Contribution to the preparation of proposals for international joint projects (EU as well as BMBF)
- Contribution to existing Water-Energy-Projects
- Giving lectures in the field of water resources management, specially in GIS for B.Sc.- and M.Sc.-students
